Nutrition Goal Update- Due March 22nd

Let's start off by just posting what your nutrition goal is for the semester and why you chose it. See my sample comment at the bottom of this post. Each week you will see a new post you may comment on. This is due each Friday. To get full points (5) you will need to comment on the post, using your gmail account, and answer the question given in the post.   1. My nutrition goal is to only drink 1 can of soda per day. I typically have 2 and in the past have had up to 40 oz of soda per day. I know that these are empty calories that I don't need. Instead, I will try drinking at least 64 oz of water a day.

  3. My goal is to drink at least 3 cups of water a day. I need to drink more water. I will try to accomplish this goal.

  4. my nutrition goal is to loose weight, i eat A LOT! i am addicted to food and i am NEVER full so i gain weight rapidly and loose it rapidly. i am afraid that since my weight is fluctuating so much that i may be in danger of my body not being able to keep up with my rapid body composition changes. so i want to create a work out plan that hits the areas that i rapidly gain weight in so i don't have these problem areas before the summer.

  9. My goal is to make sure I am getting enough protein in my diet, while also cutting down on sugars. I hope to keep this goal going for as long as I can.

  10. My goal is to drink 5 glasses of water a day. One with each meal, and 2 on the side with a snack or in class.

  11. My goal is to eat less sweets. I will eat less than 2 items that are high in sugar every day. I will continue this goal until June 2013.

  12. My nutrition goal is to drink less Slushies, I live so close to circle K its easy to get 1-2 a day. There un-healthy for me. I am going to try to get only a couple a week.

  13. My nutrition goal is to eat less and work out more. Eating above my should-be portion is bad. I eat a plate of food and that's it, must include veggies and protein officiant things.

  16. My nutrition goal is to eat healthier. Sometimes I eat bad things for my lunch or before I go to practice because its quick to get. - Ashlee Wright
