Nutrition Goal Update- Due April 12th
After reading last weeks posts, many people seemed to struggle sticking to their goal over spring break. This is common. As humans we need routine and structure. Once our routine is disrupted, we have a hard time maintaining the behavior we are trying to change. Keep in mind, these are still goals you are trying to make a habit. Studies show this could take up to 6 months!
This week, please tell us if it was hard to start tracking your goal again after stopping during spring break.
If you continued to track your goal and do well during spring break, tell us what helped you stay motivated.
This post should be about 2-3 sentences!

It was hard tracking my goal again. This is probably because i didn't do so well keeping track of it during spring break. But I'm trying really hard to get right back on track!
ReplyDeleteIt was not to difficult tracking my goal. I've been making sure I get more protein than I usually do and staying on track of that.

It is difficult because I usually ALWAYS have a soda during lunch so breaking out of that routine is one of the most difficult things to break! It's really difficult because I love sugar : Dr. Pepper!!

actually it has become easier to stay on track with my goal because It is school and stuff like that that throw me off of track. school is constantly changing I never know what to expect so when it comes to me exercising it is the same thing everyday and never really changes! that is the one thing I can count on everyday to remain constant.. ReplyDeleteit's not hard to drink more water because the weather is getting nicer and track helps with the motivation to drink more, too. eating less sweets and candy type items is actually a bit difficult.
ReplyDeleteDuring spring break I really let my self go... I ate lots of stuff that I shouldn't have and it's hard to get back on my nutrition goal because I am craving bad food. - Ashlee Wright.
ReplyDeleteEven though i didnt stop during spring break it was hard fro me to get back on track once i got home, it was a lot of focusing on getting back into school routine than anything else
