Nutrition Goal Update- Due May 24th

Do you think tracking a nutritional goal is important or do you feel like it is just "busy work?" In other words, could you stick to your goals without being responsible for writing them down or reporting how you are doing to someone regularly? If you believe that it's important to track your goals, tell us why and how it helps you achieve them. If you believe tracking goals is unnecessary, tell me why. What works for you and how do you hold yourself accountable without tracking?

  1. I feel as one of your students that it is busy work and it arrivals me. I hold myself accountable, at the same time I forget about this a lot which in turn makes this challenging.

  2. If a goal is important enough and is something you want to do, its easier to track. But with a health goal that doesn't really show results its hard to motivate yourseld

  3. the goal off my plan to drink more water was to help my body work better (as it is supposed to) so that i would feel better. but i myself have not noticed anay change other than sweating more when i sweat. however i did set my goal to be easily attainable so following up my goal has been easy

  5. I think it is important to track a goal only if you have trouble tracking your goals without writing them down. I had no trouble going after my goal when I wasn't writing it down and it doesn't make it harder to go after my goal if I write it down.

  6. if the goal is important enough, i believe that it's vital to track it. i don't think i would be able to stick to my goals if i wasn't being held accountable.
