Nutrition Goal Update- Due April 5th

After creating your nutritional goal, what have you found to be difficult about sticking to it? How did you do over spring break?

  1. It was difficult to stick to my goal over spring break becasue the easiest thing to dink is pop so it was really hard going out to eat and only ordering water.

  3. It was hard to keep track of how much water I drank. I think I did pretty good in sticking to my goal over spring break.

  4. Over spring break it was hard to keep track of what I got but I only got a couple of slushies a week, I didn't go to circle k as much as I used to so I might of got 2 a day but I only went a couple days of the week.

  5. Over spring break I was able to stay pretty consistent with my goal. Some days I did have more sugar than i should have but otherwise i did well.

  9. It was hard to keep my goal up during break because i was running around and doing things most of the time, causing me to not really think about what i was eating. it's difficult sometimes because it's so easy to just grab whatever is handy.

  10. It is hard because it takes more time to pack a salad and it cost more money to buy a salad than regular fast food. Plus, my mom gets to eat the fast food I'm craving and I don't. - Ashlee Wright

  11. It was easy for me to keep this goal because we went on a trip that required a lot of walking ever day, which was a lot of help
