Nutrition Goal Update- Due May 10th
Now that we are in a new 6-weeks, if you haven't taken the time to start tracking a goal, start now. Let us know what your goal is and how you plan to track this goal throughout the next 6-weeks. If you have been on board and goal tracking the past 6-weeks, take this time to begin thinking about how your body is feeling. Do you feel any different? If it's associated with weight loss, have you lost any yet? If you haven't felt any different, why do you think that is?
Keep in mind, even if you haven't been tracking a goal, 6-weeks is a good start to a lifestyle change!

ReplyDeleteMy goal is to drink at least 36 oz. of water everyday. I will achieve this goal by taking a water bottle to school.
This is a great goal, but how much did you drink before starting this goal? The recommended amount for a typical person is 64 oz a day.
DeleteI am feeling better because I am not consuming as much soda as I use to and my body thanks me for that. Sprots have become a little easier now that i have less sugars in my body.

It's terrible how bad soda is for us and makes us feel because it tastes so good ;) I allow myself one a day. How many do you have, if any now?
DeleteIt's getting to be hotter weather so I need to be drinking even more water than I am now. So i am going to bring up my goal even more.
ReplyDeleteWhat was it at and what is it going to be now?
DeleteSince I've been eating more protein i have more energy and don't feel as tired. I feel healthier and it's helped me stay active.

Protein has a huge role when it comes to the energy we have. You could even try to focus on certain types of proteins now... Just an idea :)
Deletemy body feels a bit different and stronger because of sports and the hydration it requires. eating less sweets has been a lot easier too.
ReplyDeleteWhat is making eating less sweets easier?
Deletemy body has been feeling better since i dont eat as many different types of foods that have alot of sweet in them. hopefully i keep feeling better like right now and not like before. im not trying to lose weight but if i am hopefully its to have a healthy body.
ReplyDeleteA healthy body is a good goal. Our bodies will tell us when they feel good and not so good. The problem is, a lot of people get used to feeling lowsy and they have no idea what feeling good REALLY feel like!
